For new clients or additional bottle requirements, we deliver freshly produced IMPERIAL by Hagnos premium water in our signature glass packaging at the following rates:

Refill Service
As part of our commitment to sustainability and long-term value, we offer an exclusive refill service for existing clients.
₦5,000 per carton (6 × 750ml bottles)
₦4,000 per carton (6 × 500ml bottles)
Upon delivery of your refill order, our team will retrieve the same number of empty glass bottle cartons previously supplied, ensuring a seamless and environmentally responsible experience.

Sundays only. Flat delivery fee: ₦6,000. No minimum order.
A surcharge of ₦5,000 per bottle applies for lost or damaged bottles (cracks, chips, severe scuffs, or unusable condition).
Cartons are shrink-wrapped and bottles have tamper-proof closures.
If a seal looks compromised at hand-over, please reject that pack and we’ll replace it.
Bank transfer only (for now). Use your Order ID as reference. We process the order after funds clear.
Freshly produced water purified using reverse osmosis and ozonisation, then bottled in reusable glass.
Contact us before dispatch and we’ll do our best to help. Once the Sunday delivery run starts, changes may not be possible.
