At-a-glance (plain language)

Who you’re buying from: Vending Technologies Ltd. (“we”, “us”).
What we sell: Imperial by Hagnos premium still water in reusable glass bottles (50cl / 75cl).
At IMPERIAL by Hagnos, we are committed to delivering purity, elegance, and sustainability in every bottle.
Return window: Return empties within 30 days in excellent, unbroken condition.
Damage / loss: ₦5,000 per bottle.
Delivery: Sundays only, flat ₦6,000 to Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Maryland, Ikeja GRA.
Max quantity: up to 50 packs per size per order (6 bottles per pack).
Payment: Bank transfer only (for now).
Refund of the fee: After we collect & inspect bottles, we transfer the refundable fee back to your nominated account (less any deductions).

1) Who we are

This website is operated by Vending Technologies Ltd. (“VTL”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Products & brand

Imperial by Hagnos is premium still water presented in reusable glass bottles with swing caps and tamper protection (cartons are shrink-wrapped).
Water is freshly produced and purified by processes that include reverse osmosis and ozonisation.
Images on the site aim to be accurate; minor lighting or color variations may occur on different screens.

3) Pack sizes, pricing & limits

Sizes: 50cl and 75cl; each pack contains 6 bottles.
Prices per pack: 50cl = ₦19,500; 75cl = ₦22,500
Maximum purchase: 50 packs per size per order.
Prices may change at any time before you place an order.

4) Order types

New Orders
For new clients or additional bottle requirements, we deliver freshly produced IMPERIAL by Hagnos premium water in our signature glass packaging at the following rates:

₦22,500 per carton (6 × 750ml bottles)

₦19,500 per carton (6 × 500ml bottles)

Each order is freshly produced to ensure exceptional quality, taste, and presentation.

Refill Service
As part of our commitment to sustainability and long-term value, we offer an exclusive refill service for existing clients.

₦5,000 per carton (6 × 750ml bottles)

₦4,000 per carton (6 × 500ml bottles)

Upon delivery of your refill order, our team will retrieve the same number of empty glass bottle cartons previously supplied, ensuring a seamless and environmentally responsible experience.

5) Bottle ownership & refundable fee

Bottles remain the property of Vending Technologies Ltd. at all times.
You may hold bottles for up to 30 days from delivery.
Return condition: Bottles must be unbroken, with no cracks, chips, or severe scuffs, and otherwise in excellent condition.
Damage/loss charge: ₦5,000 per bottle.
Late return: If bottles are not returned within 30 days, we may treat them as not returned, withhold the refundable fee, and deduct ₦5,000 per non-returned bottle; any balance (if any) will be transferred to you when returns are completed.

6) Delivery & retrieval

Where: Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Maryland, Ikeja GRA (Lagos).
When: Sundays only (subject to availability).
Fee: ₦6,000 per delivery (no minimum order).
Retrieval of empties: Free (collected during a re-order delivery or by scheduled appointment).
If we cannot deliver on the selected date due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, access, operational issues), we’ll contact you to reschedule.

7) Tamper & quality

All bottles ship in shrink-wrapped cartons with tamper-proof closures.
If you receive a pack with a compromised seal, please reject that pack at hand-over so we can replace it.
Once accepted, please store bottles upright, away from heat and direct sunlight.

8) Placing an order

Add products to cart and choose New Order or Refill-order.
Provide accurate delivery, phone and email details.
Payment method: Bank transfer only for now. Your order will be processed after funds clear in our account.
You must tick the checkout confirmations acknowledging (i) ownership of bottles by VTL, (ii) 30-day return in excellent condition, and (iii) how the refundable fee works.

9) Payment, invoicing & security

Pay by bank transfer using your Order ID as reference.
If payment is not received within our stated window, the order may be cancelled.
Invoices/receipts will be issued by Vending Technologies Ltd.

10) Cancellations & changes

Before dispatch: contact us to cancel or change your order; we’ll do our best to help.
After dispatch / on delivery day: changes may not be possible.
If we cancel due to stock or logistics, we’ll notify you and refund any payments received.

11) Returns (water) & returns (bottles)

For hygiene and safety, delivered water is not returnable unless there’s a proven quality or tamper issue at hand-over.
Bottle returns are handled via re-order collections or scheduled retrievals within 30 days as described in Section 5.

12) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of business, profits, or goodwill).
This does not limit liability where it cannot be limited by law.

13) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, transport failures, government actions).

14) Privacy

We handle your personal information (name, contacts, addresses, order history) to fulfill orders, arrange deliveries/retrievals, and handle refunds. We don’t sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details and your rights. Contact [email protected] for data requests.

15) Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, photography, copy and other content on this site belong to Vending Technologies Ltd. or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

17) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
